Returns and Exchanges
For domestic orders, full price, undamaged, unworn and unwashed items can be returned for refund or exchange by contacting us within 7 business days of delivery date. Swimwear will only be accepted if the hygienic strip is intact. After 7 business days all sales are final.
Due to the high cost of shipping, all international orders are final sale.
All sale items or items purchased with store credit are final sale.
Please email customercare@paridesai.com to request return authorization and briefly explain why you wish to return the item(s).
Returns must be shipped within 3 business days of return authorization with all original receipts, packaging and tags.
Items purchased with a promotion or discount code can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.
We are not responsible for lost merchandise during return shipping. We recommend you use a reputable courier and provide tracking number.
Refunds will be issued to original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days to process refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted. Refused packages will be subject to a restocking fee.
